Area: 530,000 (SFT)
A five storeyed building situated adjacent to the
Pakistan Secretariat and the Presidential estate. The
construction of the building required special foundations
work, in problem soil areas. Featured reinforced concrete
supported beams are the most prominent components of the
structure. The building is designed to house the offices
of the cabinet ministers and other high ranking bureaucrats.
The covered area of the building exceeds 550,000 square
feet.Inter roads and infrastructure was also made.
