Client: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Architect: Tajuddin Bhurni Area: 450,000 The project comprised of 3 storeyed residential buildings consisting of 356 apartments for middle and low income group personnels apart from single men hostels for employees of PIA. This was the first unique residential set up in Karachi. The works involved construction of RCC fra structure buildings, water supply, sewerage, fire fighting system, internal and external electrification including 10 KM of internal roads with storm water drainage system.
